The material of the Homestretch™ crate is a washable fabric.

Dog Crates, when joined, can be both a house and a run. The fabric house is waterproof and offers protection against the sun. On all crates, the doors are see-through and the floors are a solid material. The Long Crates are made of mesh and are see-through. The dog Crates come in ten sizes. Homestretch™ Crates are also excellent for use at dog shows. Exhibitors rarely go to a show without some sort of holding pen for their dogs. This could be in the form of a metal or plastic crate, or a round, metal ex-pen. The main reason that they use ex-pens is because they allow the dog to get up and stretch his legs. They use a crate because it is a secure, familiar place for the dog to relax. The Homestretch™ Crates combine the best of both worlds, plus the ease of carrying it around, the small size, and it's lightweight qualities. The Crate is a secure and familiar place for the dog to relax. The Run gives the dog an opportunity to get up and move.
